About Sara

Starting with a first memory of drawing with crayons on brown grocery bags, Sara has always loved the visual arts. Unicorns, dragons, an obsession with horses, and a taste for the macabre influenced her art in the early years. After graduation, she accidentally became a pinup artist, but left that behind for a 20-year career in banking.

Now pursuing life as a professional artist, she began by revisiting a 40 year-old idea to create Unicorns of the World - her first coloring book.

Sara has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She lives with and is inspired by her husband, horses, ducks, cats, and plenty of wildlife.
